🖼️ Portrait Pricing & Process

Each portrait is custom painted with care, whether it’s a beloved pet, a loved one, or a meaningful gift. I work closely with you to capture personality and emotion in every brushstroke.

🐾 Pet Portraits

• One pet: Starts at $450 for an 8”x10”
• Two or more pets in the same painting: Starts at $550 for an 8”x10”

👤 People Portraits

• One person: Starts at $750 for an 8”x10”
• Two or more people in the same painting: Starts at $850 for an 8”x10”

📐 Larger Sizes

• Prices increase in $100 increments per size
  (For example: 11”x14” would be $100 more than the 8”x10” base rate)

💵 Payment Schedule

• A 25% deposit is due at the start of your project to hold your place and begin painting
• The remaining balance is due upon completion

⏳ Timeline

Most portraits are completed within 3–6 weeks, depending on:

• Current waitlist
• Size and complexity
• Drying time (for varnished pieces)

🎨 Mural Pricing & Process

Every mural is a custom collaboration—tailored to your space, your story, and your style. Here's what to expect when working together:

🏡 Base Pricing

• Indoor murals start at $1,750
• Outdoor murals start at $2,500
  (Includes weatherproofing, sealing, and extra prep as needed)

📏 Rate by Square Foot

Pricing typically ranges from $20–$40 per square foot, depending on:

• Design complexity and level of detail
• Surface texture (e.g., drywall vs. rough brick or stucco)
• Wall height & access (if scaffolding or lift is needed)

💡 Sketches & Concepts

• The first two sketches are included with your deposit
• Additional renderings or revisions: $100 each

🛠️ Additional Costs

• Equipment rental, such as scaffolding or lifts, will be included if needed
• Travel fees may apply for projects outside the local area
• Surface sealing or prep work is quoted based on wall condition

💵 Payment Schedule

• A 20% deposit is due upon contract signing to reserve your spot and begin design
• The remaining balance is due upon mural completion

Most murals take between 1–3 weeks to complete, depending on:

• Size and complexity
• Indoor/outdoor location
• Weather and drying time (for outdoor murals)
